Landcons Hotel

Hotel location is good, few minutes walk to the beach and shops. A small night market nearby. There are 2 swimming pools, one adult and one for kids.Room is clean and air-conditioning works well. Bathroom though needs updated but it's clean.Staffs are very nice.

Great location with a nice swimming pool, though more flexible pool timings would have been appreciated.

Overall, the facilities are poor. The room was not clean, the bathroom fittings were in bad condition, and the mattress was of such poor quality that it could easily cause back pain. This property is in urgent need of renovation, and it seems the location is the only factor keeping it in business.

Everything just perfect. Large white light sunny rooms, view to the pool. 2 pools, one for small children and one for adults and teens. Beautiful location. Nice reception staff, very competent.

The location of the hotel is excellent a 3-4 minute walk to Pantai Cenang and 10 min walk to Pantai Tengeh. Restaurants, duty free stores, laundry all nearby and easy to access. We stayed facing the pool so a courtyard type feel. We had a room with a veranda which was very nice. There is a waterpark and pool in the center of the hotel, so there are families and kids playing. The atmosphere is very friendly and secure. Internet wifi connection was excellent which was important for us.

The hotel is an older building so there are some repairs going on but the hotel has been making many nice improvements to the grounds and rooms. None of it really disturbed us or outweighed the benefits. Generally there is construction going on in the area which can be noisy at times but it is not directly at the hotel but across the street.

The worst hotel which I ever stayed. Non comfortable at all also very small room. Not clean at all.

Good location, friendly staff, big room, big beds. Good airy common area, with hot and cold water available.

No ventilation in bathroom, resulted in a smell of mold in the room, not a healthy environment. Bad mattress, hard pillows.

The bungalow was place on the roof, not at the ground or at the beach. The airconditioner worked pretty well, but the floor was so hot and made the room warm. No cleaning, the night lamps and Tv was broken. The pool didn’t have any sunbeds. The view was city view, in to a construction!!!

Hotel is well located on cenang beach road , Room is very basic , wifi is not reaching , swimming pool not clean , not value for money .

The hotel has accessibility to the beach only 3 minutes and restaurants nearby with many choice of food. The price for 2 nights was reasonable and we do really enjoy the stay.

It’s at a great location.

Hotel maintenance is very poor. Lift is so scary, very noisy when close doors and moving it. It totally a risk of using it.Everything at the room and things at surrounding are very old. It seems they never consider to renew.Pool is also very poorly maintained.
